Abstract

|
Purpose :This study was done to probe the direction and to research the usefulness of aquaacupunture therapy in OB&GY by surveying scientific tendency in journal of oriental OB&GY, the journal of korean acupunture & moxibustion society and the journal of korean institute of herbal-acupunture.
Methods : 33 treatises was surveyed in the journal of oriental OB&GY from Vol 1. No1, 1987 to Vol 16 1. No 3 2003 and the journal of korean acupunture& moxibustion society and the journal of korean institute of herbal-acupunture
Results :The results were as follows; About treatises types experimental treatises was 27, and clinical treatises was 6. About diseases osteoporosis was 10, 瘀血 was 9, infertility was 4, abnormal uterine bleeding was 3, obeisity, urinary incontinence was 1. Aqua-acupunture therapy in OB&GY were effective
Conclusion :So we would like to report that aquaacupunture therapy in OB&GY in the oriental medicine can be applied to 瘀血, infertility, osteoporosis, abnormal uterine bleeding etc.
